Dedication: Peter teaches yoga at Fitness First. He was my first teacher and really got me into yoga. He has a very down to earth style, just do it and you’ll improve. Picture: At every temple you’re given two slips of paper. One has a sanskrit character that you can pop out and put on a poster. The other has the deity of the temple. At this temple the thoughtful guy at the signing desk wrote me a little slip out with my name on as well.
